Terms, Privacy & Cookies
This page governs the relationship between Murafeek (the Platform), Business Partners (restaurants, shops, salons, services), and Users. Murafeek connects users with partners and does not itself sell, provide, or guarantee third-party services.
1) Parties & Role of Murafeek
Murafeek provides a discovery and connection platform (the “Service”) that lists Business Partners and enables Users to find, contact, and engage with them. Murafeek is not a seller, agent of record, or provider of Partner services and assumes no responsibility for their availability, pricing, quality, safety, legality, or compliance.
2) Definitions
- Platform / Murafeek: The company operating the Service.
- Partner: A business account (e.g., restaurant, shop, salon, clinic, mechanic, activity provider) presenting offerings on the Platform.
- User: An individual using the Platform to discover or interact with Partners.
3) Accounts & Eligibility
- Users must be at least 16 (or older if required by local law). Partners must be legally authorized businesses.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Murafeek may at its sole discretion suspend, limit, or terminate any account (user or partner) and remove or restrict access to any content without prior notice if it reasonably believes these Terms are violated, unlawful or fraudulent activity occurred, or conduct harmful to the Platform, its users, partners, or reputation is present.
4) Partner Obligations
- Provide accurate, lawful, non-misleading information (business identity, licenses, prices, availability, terms).
- Deliver services and handle complaints, warranties, refunds, taxes, and regulatory duties directly with Users.
- Use content you own or are licensed to use. You grant Murafeek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your listings.
5) User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform lawfully; do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- When reviewing Partners, be fair and factual. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
- Engagements (bookings, purchases, communications) with Partners are between you and the Partner.
6) Transactions, Fees & Payment
- Some Partner features may be paid (e.g., subscriptions, promoted listings). Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
- Payments (if any) may be processed by third-party providers; Murafeek does not store full card details.
- Any offers or discounts are provided by Partners under their own terms.
7) Platform License & IP
- Murafeek owns the Platform and its IP. Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or frame the Service without written permission.
- Users retain ownership of their content and grant Murafeek a license to use it for operating and improving the Service.
8) No Warranties; Partner Responsibility
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Murafeek disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Partners are solely responsible for their services, compliance, safety, and customer care.
9) Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murafeek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, nor for any acts or omissions of Partners. Where such limits are not allowed, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding 12 months (if any).
10) Indemnity
Partners and Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Murafeek from claims arising out of their content, conduct, or transactions with each other.
11) Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons, and we may retain, hide, or delete content as needed to protect the Platform and comply with law.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Murafeek operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers may benefit from mandatory protections of their local laws.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
