This document governs the relationship between Murafeek (the “Platform”), Business Partners, and Users. Murafeek operates strictly as a technical discovery, listing, and contact application and does not provide, sell, control, or guarantee any third-party services.

✅ A. PLATFORM

A.1 Role of the Platform

Murafeek provides a technical digital platform for discovering businesses and services. Murafeek does not act as a service provider, reseller, agent, guarantor, broker, or insurer of any Partner. All services are provided exclusively by Partners at their sole responsibility and risk.

A.2 System Access

Murafeek may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice for violations, security risks, fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.

A.3 No Reservations

Murafeek does not provide booking or reservation functionality. Communication with Partners may occur via WhatsApp or other external channels.

A.4 Intellectual Property & Platform Protection

All Platform software, databases, systems, and content belong exclusively to Murafeek.

It is strictly forbidden to:

Copy or extract database content
Scrape data
Train AI models on Murafeek content
Reverse engineer the Platform
Automate access to the Platform

A.5 No Warranties (Platform)

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Murafeek makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, performance, availability, accuracy, or technical reliability of the Platform.

A.6 Force Majeure

Murafeek is not liable for failures caused by:

Internet failure
Power outages
Government actions
Natural disasters
Payment system failures
Hosting or cloud service outages

✅ B. PARTNER TERMS

B.1 Eligibility

Partners must be 18+ and must provide valid billing details for invoicing.

B.2 Partner Obligations

Partners agree to:

Provide accurate, lawful, and truthful information
Hold all required licenses and permits
Be solely responsible for:
- Their services
- Prices
- Taxes
- Complaints
- Refunds (if any)
- Legal and regulatory compliance

Partners grant Murafeek a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote their content.

B.3 Partner Guarantee

Each Partner expressly guarantees that:

All information published is true and not misleading
Services, images, descriptions, and pricing match the real experience
All legal permits are valid and current
They operate in full legal compliance

Any misrepresentation is the sole legal responsibility of the Partner.

B.4 Payments & Subscriptions

Partners may subscribe via:

Monthly
Semi-annual
Annual plans

Payments may be made via:

Bank transfer
Cash

Murafeek issues official invoices.

B.5 NO REFUNDS – FINAL RULE

All Partner payments are final and non-refundable.
If a Partner is removed or leaves voluntarily, access remains only until the end of the paid subscription period.

Murafeek never refunds Partner services purchased by Users.

B.6 Partner Liability

Partners bear full legal, financial, and operational responsibility for:

Customers
Damages
Injuries
Financial losses
Regulatory violations
Service failures

Murafeek bears zero liability for any Partner activity.

✅ C. USER TERMS

C.1 Platform Usage

Users may use the Platform freely and agree to:

Use it lawfully
Provide truthful reviews
Avoid abuse, harassment, or deception

All interactions with Partners occur entirely at the User’s own risk.

C.2 Reviews & Fake Content

Strictly forbidden:

Fake reviews
Paid reviews
Self-reviews
Artificial rating manipulation
Coordinated attacks

Murafeek may remove content or permanently ban User accounts without explanation.

✅ D. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Murafeek shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, claims, costs, or expenses arising from:

Use or inability to use the Platform
Any interaction between Users and Partners
Any Partner service, conduct, failure, pricing, or legality
Technical malfunctions, delays, outages, or data loss

All Platform usage and all Partner services are used entirely at the User’s and Partner’s own risk.
Murafeek assumes no responsibility for any outcome.

✅ E. INDEMNIFICATION

Users and Partners agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Murafeek against all claims, penalties, damages, liabilities, and legal costs arising from their conduct.

✅ F. COPYRIGHT & TAKEDOWN

✅ G. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

✅ H. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

✅ I. LANGUAGE PRIORITY

The English version prevails in all legal disputes.

✅ PRIVACY POLICY

Murafeek processes personal data according to Egyptian law and, where applicable, GDPR.

3. Data Sharing

Hosting providers
Email & payment processors
Authorities when required by law

4. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as accounts exist or as required by law.

5. User Rights

Access
Correction
Deletion
Objection to marketing

6. Location Permission

Location access is optional, but certain Platform features may not function correctly without it.

7. Children

Murafeek is not intended for children as Partners. Users may browse freely.
